After obtaining a Communications degree from San Diego State University, Pamela Sullivan worked in marketing for sports organizations, advertising agencies and financial services companies and in 2012 formed an entertainment company focused on telling true American sports stories. Through story research, she learned about Team IMPACT’s mission to improve lives through the power of team. In May 2015, she devoted her time to expand the organization’s footprint by forging strong relationships with the Western region’s medical and collegiate communities, becoming Team IMPACT’s first Regional Director.
She enjoys living in sunny Southern California and utilizes her strong community ties to engage former professional athletes and community leaders as regional advisory board members and founded the OC Nonprofit Network, a group of nonprofit leaders committed to working together to benefit families facing critical illness. Sullivan resides in Newport Beach, CA and is married with two daughters, who are on their high school’s cross country and track teams.
